Hiroshi SHIBATA b1c9a62982 Disable SimpleCov in bundled gem tests 
net-imap's released test helper still calls the pre-1.0.0
`SimpleCov.formatters=` API, which raises NoMethodError with simplecov
1.0.0. Bundled gem coverage is not collected in CI, so opt out via
SIMPLECOV_DISABLE.
