Yusuke Endoh aec71b2a5b [ruby/zlib] Update the buffer length before expanding it in Deflate#params ...

When deflateParams returned Z_BUF_ERROR, the buffer was expanded before
the bytes just written were added to its length, so the next call wrote
over them and the length was counted twice.
