Headers.to_dict() + dict-like keys/values/items/multi_items on QueryParams & Headers (#1099, #1192); example app uses sync DB in def handlers and a working access-log recipe (#1147, #1273, en+zh); upload-save test with filename sanitization (#495); runtime startup/shutdown lifecycle tests (#470). CodeRabbit review addressed (path-traversal guard, int coercion, :param syntax).
